The Documents Should Be Read Together With Changes In The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To Inquiries From Potential Contractors. 4. Rules For Sharing Pre-Implementation Analysis. The Pre-Implementation Analysis Cannot Be Made Available In An Unlimited Manner Because It Contains Sensitive Data From The Point Of View Of The Ordering Party. The Document Includes Detailed Information Regarding The Environment, Processes, Configuration And Organizational And Technical Conditions Of The Ordering Party, The Disclosure Of Which Could Violate Information Security Principles Or The Interests Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Above, The Contractor Interested In Obtaining A Pre-Implementation Analysis Is Obliged To Submit A Request To The Ordering Party To Make It Available. The Pre-Implementation Analysis Is Made Available After Concluding An Agreement On Confidentiality Of Data And Information. A Template Of The Confidentiality Agreement Is Attached As Annex No. 12 To The Swz.
