Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Municipal Waste From The Żnin Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service For The Management Of Municipal Waste Generated As Part Of The Local Waste Management System Organized By The Żnin Commune, To The Extent That The Żnin Commune Has Authority Over The Indicated Category Of Waste, The Types And Estimated Quantities Of Which Are Indicated In Chapter Iii Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To This Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz. The Comprehensive Municipal Waste Management Service Will Consist In The Successive: 1) Acceptance Of Municipal Waste Collected Directly From Property Owners (In The At Source System), The Types Of Which Are Indicated In Chapter Iii, Section 3 Opz In The Place/Places Of Accepting Municipal Waste From The Municipal Waste Collection Operator Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Arising From The Order Documents, 2) Processing Of The Accepted Municipal Waste In The Recovery (R) And/Or Neutralization (D) Processes, In The Place Indicated And Provided By The Contractor For Processing Municipal Waste, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Arising From The Order Documents, 3) Fulfillment Of Obligations Reporting And Information, 4) Implementation Of Obligations Guaranteeing The Ordering Party The Possibility Of Exercising Control And Verification Rights, 5) Implementation Of Services And Obligations Related To The Services Specified Above In Points 1) - 4) - Hereinafter Referred To As The Municipal Waste Management Service. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Ppu, 3) Bid Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Offer Form.
