The Selected Consultant Will Be Responsible For Delivering Practical, Participatory Training Sessions And Providing Individualized Business Coaching To Participants Throughout The Three-Month Assignment. The Et Trainer And Business Coach Will Contribute To Strengthening Participants Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Employability Skills, Business Planning, Financial Literacy, And Practical Capacity To Develop And Manage Sustainable Income-Generating Activities. The Position Requires A Combination Of Strong Training Facilitation Skills, Practical Business Experience, And The Ability To Provide Tailored Coaching And Mentorship To Participants With Different Levels Of Experience And Educational Backgrounds.
