Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Support Services As Part Of The Active Building Land Development Program - Schleswig-Holstein Building Land Fund. A Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded Between Ib.Sh And A Service Company. The Framework Agreement Regulates Commissions That Are Made On The One Hand By The Municipalities And On The Other Hand By Ib.Sh And Include The Following Services: 1. Commissioning By The Municipalities: • Preparation Of At Least 10 Potential Analyzes Up To A Maximum Of 40 Potential Analyzes At A Price Fixed In The Framework Agreement After Commissioning By The Respective Municipality. • The States Budget Funds Are Currently Available For Up To 10 Potential Analyses. This Corresponds To The Minimum Purchase In The Framework Agreement. Further Orders Up To A Maximum Of 40 Potential Analyzes Are Subject To Future Budget Decisions. • In Connection With The Commissioning Of The Potential Analyses, Additional Services Can Be Requested On An Hourly Basis By The Municipalities As An Extension To The Main Contract. These Must Be Closely Related To The Actual Creation Of The Potential Analyses; E.G. The Presentation Of The Results To Other Committees/The Public. Accordingly, It Can Be Assumed That The Scope Of The Possible Expansion Is Significantly Below The Scope Of A Potential Analysis. 2. Commissioning By Ib.Sh (As Required) • Individual Services In Connection With The Funding Guidelines Based On Hourly Expenditure. These Can Include Participation In Information Events Organized By The State/Ib.Sh For Interested Municipalities And Public Relations Work For The Funding Program. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maximum Quantities Of The Framework Agreement: The Following Maximum Quantity Applies To This Framework Agreement For The Services To Be Provided In Relation To The Advertised Period: 40 Potential Analyses. When The Maximum Value Is Reached, This Framework Agreement Ends Automatically.
