The Terms Of The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including A List Of Energy Consumption Points, Including Their Location, Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Electricity Meets The Quality Standards Specified In The Energy Law And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919, As Amended). The Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity Trade Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Energy Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlements In Electricity Trade (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904, As Amended). 5. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, As Amended By Regulation (Eu) 2025/2033, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities On Whose Capabilities The Contractor Relies Within The Meaning Of The Directive 2014/24/Eu, Where They Belong To Any Of The Categories Of Entities Indicated In Art. 5 Above Regulation If They Account For More Than 10% Of The Contract Value.
