Reconstruction Of The Extension Of Zš Náměstí Into Apartments The Subject Of The Performance Is The Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The Extension Of The Existing Building Of The Former Primary School Consisting Of The Change Of Use To An Apartment Building, Including The Implementation Of The Extension, Underground Parking And Related Technical And Transport Infrastructure. The Performance Mainly Includes Demolition Work, Modification Of Load-Bearing And Non-Load-Bearing Structures, Replacement Of Opening Fillings, Insulation And Rehabilitation Of The Building, Implementation Of New Technical And Technological Equipment For The Building, House Distribution And Connections To Utility Networks, Equipment For Rainwater Management, Construction Of Paved Areas, Landscaping And Vegetation, As Well As Other Construction, Assembly And Technological Work Necessary For The Proper Completion And Use Of The Building In Accordance With The Project Documentation And Relevant Legal And Technical Regulations. Part Of The Performance Is Mainly Construction And Rehabilitation Work, Modification Of Load-Bearing And Non-Load-Bearing Structures, Replacement Of Hole Fillings, Removal Of Moisture From Masonry, Repair And Rehabilitation Of Plaster, Restoration Of Stucco Sculptures And Facade Elements, Replacement Of Roofing, Addition Of Historical Replicas, Replacement Or Professional Treatment Of Damaged Wooden Structures, Implementation Of New Technical And Technological Equipment Of The Building, House Distribution And Connections To Utility Networks, Construction Of Paved Areas, Landscaping And Vegetation, As Well As Other Construction, Assembly And Technological Work Necessary For The Proper Completion And Use Of The Building In Accordance With The Project Documentation And Relevant Legal And Technical Regulations.
