The aim of the mission is to deliver comprehensive, pre-developed training sessions, aimed at strengthening the institutional capacities of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The training will focus on the following key area: Communications Procedures and Policies Strengthening CSOs capacity to develop clear, effective internal and external communication procedures and policies. This includes establishing communication protocols, defining key messages, ensuring consistent branding, managing stakeholder engagement, and promoting transparency and accountability through strategic communication practices.
