Tenders are invited for Provision of Maintenance, Deployment and Hosting Support Services for Sadder Digital Applications The René Moawad Foundation (RMF), through the SADDER Sustainable Agricultural Development to Diversify and Export Regionally project, funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, deployment support, and hosting/account administration services across RMFs portfolio of digital applications supporting farmers and extension officers in Lebanon currently including a web application for irrigation scheduling and satellite-based crop monitoring, with additional applications in active development. This call covers maintenance, deployment support, and hosting administration only: hosting, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, security patching, backups, user/admin support, assistance deploying new applications or releases, and administration of RMFs cloud hosting account under a defined service level agreement (SLA). It does not cover new feature development or UI/UX design for any application that work will be procured separately. Who should apply:Lebanese or international IT/web development providers whether legal entities (companies, firms or similar registered organizations) or individual professionals with at least 2 years of experience maintaining production web applications across modern stacks (e.g. PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Next.js), with demonstrated experience administering cloud/VPS hosting accounts (e.g. DigitalOcean, AWS, or equivalent) and, ideally, Google Earth Engine (GEE) / Google Cloud Platform administration.
