The Scottish Prison Service (Sps) Requires A Contractor To Reinforcement Of A Number Of Cell Windows (Circa 1200) At Hmp Low Moss And Hmp Shotts. The Reinforcements Will Consist Of Replacing Existing Rivets To The Window Bead With 8 Stainless Steel Countersunk Rivets And Reinforcing Welds To The Protective Window Grilles With 8 Stainless Steel Button Head Shear Bolts.
