Tenders Are Invited For Public Procurement Of Services Having The Purpose Of Monitoring The Compliance Of Studies And Renovation Work Of Wallon Public Utility Housing With The Requirements Of The Social Climate Fund (Fsc), Including The Principle Consisting Of Not Causing Significant Damage To The Environment (Dnsh), Performance Energy And Decarbonation, As Well As Fire Safety

The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Relating To The Technical Control Of The Conformity Of Studies And Renovation Works Of Public Housing With The Requirements Of The Social Climate Fund (Fsc), Including Compliance With Dnsh Principles, Energy Performance And Decarbonization, As Well As Fire Safety. The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For A Technical Control Mission Of The Design And Execution, Including The Theoretical And Practical Verification Of The Works To Be Carried Out, With A View In Particular To Producing, At The End Of The Mission, One Or More Final Certificates, Accompanied By All The Required Documentary Evidence, Demonstrating Compliance With The Objectives Of The Fsc Program, Including Respect For Dnsh Principles, Energy Performance And Decarbonization, As Well As Fire Safety. In Addition To Control, The Service Provider Will Be An Active Partner Of Other Stakeholders In Anticipation And Prevention, Research And Development Of Solutions In Response To Specific Constraints Of The Project Or To Events Or Hazards Requiring Its Adaptation. This Mission Must Enable The Pabs, In Their Capacity As Project Owner, To Prove That The Project Meets The Objectives Of The Fsc Program, Including Compliance With Dnsh Principles, Energy Performance And Decarbonization, As Well As Fire Safety, By Ensuring Their Regular Control And Documentary Management Of The Evidence File.
