Provide Comprehensive Year-Round Landscape Maintenance Services For The Watson Governmentcomplex, Veterans Memorial Park, Paulding County Sheriffs Office, And The 4H Extension Office Indallas, Georgia. Services Include Routine Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Pruning, Weed Control, Turf Care,Pest Monitoring, Mosquito And Fire Ant Control, Mulching And Pine Straw Maintenance, Seasonal Flowerbed Maintenance, Litter And Debris Removal, Leaf Cleanup, And Winter Property Maintenance. Thecontractor Will Maintain All Landscaped Areas, Rights-Of-Way, Parking Lots, Sidewalks, And Retentionpond Areas To A Consistently High Standard, Ensuring Safe, Attractive, And Well-Maintained Groundsthrough Scheduled Growing-Season And Off-Season Services. Monthly Site Inspections With The Ownerwill Be Conducted To Review Property Conditions, Address Maintenance Needs, And Coordinate Anylandscape Improvements Or Service Adjustments. The Initial Contract Term Shall Be For One (1) Year,With The Option To Renew For Up To Two (2) Additional One-Year Periods Upon Mutual Agreement Of Thecounty And The Contractor.
