Property Tax) Payment For A Place In Kindergarten And After-School Care Health And Care Services Parking The Library Other Requirements (Other Fixed And Variable Invoicing) Brief About The Procurement Horten Municipality Wishes To Enter Into A Multi-Year Contract For Collection Services. An Agreement Must Be Entered Into With A Supplier Who Receives Outstanding Claims And Undertakes To Collect Outstanding Claims On Behalf Of Horten Municipality. In 2025, Horten Municipality Sent Approx. 3,000 Cases For Debt Collection, With A Principal Amount Of Approx. Nok 7 Million. See Requirement Specification In Appendix 2 Under The Scope Tab For The Distribution Between The Different Types Of Requirements. Estimates Given Are Not Guaranteed. The Scope Can Be Changed During The Contract Period. As Of Today, The Horten Ambulance Service Has An Agreement On Collection With Its Own System Supplier. These Or Other Units May Be Added/Deleted In This Agreement, During The Agreement Period. The Municipality Is Currently Pressing Its Own Requirements, But Has A Wish To Defer This To The Provider Together With Debt Collection. In 2025, The Municipality Sent Out Approx. 5500 Reminders. The Tenderer Must Offer The Option Of A Reminder Service And List The Price For This In The Price Form.
