This Request For Quotations (The “Rfq”) Is An Invitation By The City Of West Kelowna (The “City”) To Prospective Respondents To Submit Quotations For Core Server Infrastructure Replacement 2026 , As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”).The City Of West Kelowna (The City) Is Seeking Proposals For The Replacement Of Its Production Server Infrastructure, Including Compute, Storage, Hypervisor Licensing, Network Switching, Installation And Commissioning, And Five (5) Years Of Manufacturer Support.The City Is Not Prescribing A Hardware Configuration. Proponents Are Invited To Propose A Solution Meeting The Outcomes Set Out In Appendix B1 - Technical Specification. Proposals Based On Either Microsoft Azure Local Or Vmware Are Equally Welcome And Will Be Evaluated Against The Same Criteria.Migration Of The Citys Existing Virtual Machine Estate, And Physical Decommissioning Of The Existing Cluster, Are To Be Priced As Separately Identified Options.
