The Object Of The Procurement Is Vehicle Inspection And Registration Services For The Welfare Area Of ​​Vantaa And Kerava Under The Terms Of This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. This Is A Procurement That Exceeds The National Threshold Value Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Areas; Sub-Area 1: Vehicle Inspection And Registration Services South Sub-Area 2: Vehicle Inspection Services North The Management Of The Transport Fleet Of The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Area Is Centralized To The Central Uusimaa Rescue Service. The Operational Area Of The Central Uusimaa Rescue Service Is In The Area Of Eight Municipalities (Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Hyvinkää And Mäntsälä). The Customer Does Not Commit To Using Any Specific Number Of Services During The Contract Period. One (1) Supplier Is Selected For Each Sub-Region Of The Procurement. The Vehicles To Be Inspected That Are Within The Scope Of The Service Are Passenger Cars, Vans And Trucks Operating With Different Power Sources, Ambulances, Fire Engines And Trailers. The Procurement Also Includes Vehicle Registration Services At The Suppliers Office (Subarea 1) And A Technical Advisory Service. The Required Location Of The Nearest Inspection Station Is Stated By Subarea In The Procurement Criteria Section Of The Request For Tenders. Subarea 1, Inspections South, There Are Approximately 115 Vehicles To Be Inspected Per Year, Divided Into Light And Heavy Vehicles; - Heavy Equipment, Approx. 80 Per Year. Light Vehicles Approx. 35 Per Year. Sub-Area 2, Inspections North, Includes Approximately 30 Inspection Visits Per Year. Inspections North: Approx. 75% Are Inspections Of Heavy Equipment, And 25% Of Inspection Visits Are Cars Or Vans. Heavy Equipment Vehicles Are Inspected Every Year. When The Customer Acquires A New Light Vehicle, The First Inspection Is Four Years After The Purchase. At The Selected Suppliers Inspection Station/Stations, It Must Be Possible To Inspect Heavy Vehicle Fleet, Light Vehicle Fleet, Trailers, And Handle E.G. Registrations (Section 1), During Inspection Station Opening Hours. In Exceptional Cases, If The Vehicle Is Repaired Elsewhere Than By The Customer Himself, If The Vehicle Needs To Be Inspected, The Customer Can Inspect/Procure The Other Priced Inspections Of The Tender Request In Connection With The Vehicle Repair At Another Location. The Contract Is For A Fixed Period And Its Duration Is Two (2) Years From The Signing Of The Contract. After The Fixed Contract Period, The Contract Will Automatically Continue Indefinitely, Unless The Contract Is Terminated Separately By The Other Party In Accordance With The Contract Terms.
