Tenders Are Invited For Regular Maintenance And Breakdowns & Emergencies Of Pump Installations

The Province Of Fryslân (“Province”) Intends To Tender The Maintenance Of Pumps And Associated Installations In Provincial Structures. These Objects Are Used By The Province For Local Water Management Within The Province. The Current Contracts Do Not Sufficiently Reflect The Desired Working Method. That Is Why The Province Wants One New Maintenance Agreement. The Scope Mainly, But Not Exhaustively, Includes The Following Activities: • Carrying Out Inspections Of Pumps, Pump Installations, Controls And Associated Parts In Provincial Assets; • Performing Standard Maintenance Maintenance (Svo), Including Cleaning, Checking, Measuring, Testing And Adjustment; • Carrying Out Minor Unforeseen Maintenance Maintenance (Kovo), Including Repair Work, Minor Replacements And Rectifying Defects; • Organizing And Implementing A Breakdown And Emergency Service With Set Response Times; • Providing Reports On All Work Carried Out With Quality Codes, Measurements, Actions Taken, Outstanding Defects And Repair Periods; • Providing Solicited And Unsolicited Advice For Future Maintenance, Modifications And Optimizations Of Provincial Assets. The Above Work Must Be Carried Out On Components At At Least The Following Locations/Types Of Objects: • 6 Aqueducts; • 26 Underpasses; • 3 Press Sewer Locations; • 1 System On A Former Landfill; • 3 Return Ground; • 6 Polder Pumping Stations, 3 Of Which Are On Dredging Depots. The Contracting Authority Imposes The Following Requirements On The Tenderers With Regard To Technical Competence: • The Tenderer Has Experience With Inspection, Preventive Maintenance And Corrective Maintenance Of Pumps, Pumping Installations Or Pumping Stations In An Infrastructural Or Similar Environment. • The Tenderer Has Experience In Organizing A 24/7 Breakdown And Emergency Service With Prescribed Response Times. • The Tenderer Has Or Demonstrably Works In Accordance With Brl-K14020 Or An Equivalent Methodology For Quality-Controlled Maintenance Of Pumping Installations And Pumping Stations. The Agreement Will Be Put Out To Public Tender Through Mercell. All Communication By And With The Province Takes Place Via The Mercell Platform. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Contracting Authority Requests Quality Documents As Part Of The Tender. The Agreement Has A Term Of Four Years, With A One-Time Two-Year Extension Option. The Intended Start Date Is December 1, 2026. The Planning Of This Tender As Included In Mercell Is Leading. In Connection With The Summer Holidays 2026, The Province Of Fryslân Is Publishing This Advance Notice Early. It Gives Market Parties The Opportunity To Prepare For The Publication Of The Final Request.
