The Material Object Of The Contract Consists Of An Accordion Formed By 12 Tatamis Of 200 X 100 X 4 Cm, Made With A-200 Density Foam (200 Kg/M³), With Anti-Slip Base, Stitched In Accordion Format, And Equipped With Flap And Velcro Closure System, To Guarantee The Stability Of The Set And Safety During Use. The Supply Includes All The Actions Necessary For The Material To Be Correctly Installed And In Optimum Conditions For Its Immediate Use. This Contract Can Be Qualified As An Administrative Supply Contract According To The Definition Of Articles 16.3 B) Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, Of Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), By Which The Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014 Are Transposed Into Legal Rule.
