The Current Procedure Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Metropolitan Municipality - Ilinden Region And Potential Contractors, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding The Individual Contracts.The Contracting Authority Decides To Conduct An Open Procedure For Concluding A Framework Agreement, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined.The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The First 3 (Three) Potential Contractors Or Less, Depending On The Bids Submitted And Participants Admitted To Ranking.After Conducting The Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Participants Identified As Potential Contractors, In Which Not All Conditions For Awarding The Specific Contracts Are Defined.The General Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Improve The Condition Of The Infrastructure Of The Ilinden Region, Ensure Safe Conditions For Movement, Provide An Accessible Environment And Increase The Quality Of Life Of The Population.With The Execution Of The Public Contract, The Contracting Authority Aims To Take Maximum Care For Year-Round Normal Operation Of The Street Network, Street Facilities And Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure, In Accordance With Its Current Needs
