By Order No. Rd-18-11 Of 20.04.2007 Of The Executive Director Of The Agency For Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre - Sofia, A Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers For The Land Of Gorno Trape Village, Troyan Municipality Were Approved. With Decision No. 545/23.12.2021 Of The Municipal Council - Troyan, The General Development Plan Of The Municipality Of Troyan (Oupot) Was Approved - Https://Www.Troyan.Bg/Bg/Oup.Since The Settlement Does Not Yet Have A Regulatory Plan, The Process Will Go Through Defining Building Boundaries, Creating Neighborhoods And A Street Network.With The Oupot, It Is Proposed That The Lands Of The Village Of Gorno Trape Near The Localities Of Rajkovska, Balabanite, Guneshka And Dlazhkovska, Which Are Located Next To And Partially On The Territory Of Existing Hamlets, Be Earmarked For Residential Areas With Free, Small Storey Development (Zm) Or Villa Zones (Ov).The Main Objectives Of The Pup-Pr Are:- Determination Of Clear Building Boundaries Of The Settlement (The Urbanized Territory);- Street Network: Designing A Functional Street And Transport Network Providing Access To Each Property;- Sustainable Development: Preservation Of The Identity Of The Semi-Mountainous Settlement, Combined With Modern Technical Infrastructure And Environmental Protection. The Design Team Should Propose A Draft Of The Detailed Development Plan - Regulation Plan With The Aim Of Creating The Building Boundaries Of The Village Of Gorno Trape And Synchronizing With Oupot. The Boundaries Of The Planned Residential Areas With Free, Small Storey Development (Zhm) Or Villa Zones (Ov) In The Oupot Should Become Regulatory Boundaries. To Design A Functional Street And Transport Network Providing Access To Every Property. Due To The Specifics Of The Terrain In The Troyan Balkan Region, The Planning Solution Should Maximally Comply With The Natural Relief And The Existing Property Boundaries, In Order To Avoid Heavy Expropriation Procedures.The Project Should Be Developed After A Complete Geodetic Survey By The Designers Team Of The Main Parameters Of The Described Properties Relevant To The Project.If Applicable, Based On Art. 65 Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-5/15.12.2016 On The Content, Creation And Maintenance Of The Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers, Before Approval Of The Pup, A Project To Amend The Cadastral Map For The Parts Of The Properties Falling Within The Scope Of The Street Regulation Should Be Prepared And Agreed With The Agkk - The City Of Lovech. Before The Final Preparation, The Draft For The Pup Should Be Submitted For Preliminary Consideration And Acceptance By The Municipal Expert Council On Territorial Planning (Eoecut) At The Municipality Of Troyan.The Full Scope And Comprehensive List Of Activities Are Specified In The Technical Specification (Task For The Development Of A Project For A Detailed Development Plan), Which Is An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.​​​​​​​
