The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Systematic, Scientifically Based And Standardized Collection Of Data On Cases Of Unintentional Capture And/Or Killing Of Animal Species Naturally Occurring In The Wild On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria (Hereinafter Referred To As Target Species), By Applying Established And/Or Adapted Monitoring Methods.The Order Covers The Collection Of Primary Field Data On The Main Types Of Anthropogenic Causes Of Unintentional Mortality: – Car Traffic; – Electricity Transmission Infrastructure; – Wind Energy Facilities; – Collisions Of Birds With Facades And Glazed Surfaces Of Buildings.The Main Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide Reliable Information On The Frequency, Spatial Distribution And Characteristics Of The Cases Of Unintentional Capture And Killing Of The Target Species, Necessary For: Fulfillment Of The Obligations Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Under Art. 12, Para. 4 Of Directive 92/43/Eec And Art. 5 And 10 Of Directive 2009/147/Ec;The Functioning And Upgrading Of The National System For Monitoring The Status Of Biological Diversity (Nsmsbr); Assessment Of The Impact Of Anthropogenic Factors On Protected And Priority Species; Planning And Implementation Of Measures To Prevent And Limit Negative Impacts.
