The Public Procurement Covers The Following Activities:Investment Design: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For All The Necessary Parts For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site: Major Repair Of Nezabravka Street In The Village Of Popintsi From Ot. For Compliance According To Art. 142, Para. 1 Of The Zut And Issuing A Building Permit. The Design Should Be Carried Out According To The Terms Of The Performance Contract, The Current Technical Specification, Zut, Order No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Community, Including The Specific Requirements In The Field Of Environmental And Water Protection. The Contractor Begins The Design In The Technical Design Phase, Subject To Compliance With All Requirements And Instructions From The Contracting Authority, The Competent Authorities And The Operating Companies. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works At The Site: Major Repair Of Nezabravka Street In The Village Of Popintsi From Point 222A To Point 142.
