Invitation No. 3 For Participation In A Limited Procedure /Op/, On The Basis Of Art. 86 Of The Zop, In Connection With The Created Dynamic System For Purchases (Dsp), With Tin In Rop No. No. T578428 And Subject Supply Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Nmtb Tsar Boris Iii - City Of Sofia. The Medicinal Products Subject To This Limited Procedure Are Indicated In The Technical Specification /Appendix No.1/, An Integral Part Of The Invitation. Each Medicinal Product Is A Separate Nomenclature. The Participants Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Nomenclatures. The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of An Offer For Several Medicinal Products From Different Marketing Authorization Holders. The Requirements For The Medicinal Products Are Specified In Section Ii Technical Specification.The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Purchase Of The Entire Quantity Of Medicinal Products. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Individual Nomenclature Are Estimates, And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Employer To Assign Them In Full. The Actual Implementation Of The Public Procurement Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is 75,277.88 Euros Without Vat. Estimated Values Of The Nomenclatures Are Indicated In The Technical Specification /Appendix No. 1/.The Public Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Lowest Price Award Criterion. Lowest Price Will Mean The Lowest Price Per Unit Of Measure Including Vat, And The Ranking Will Be Done For Each Nomenclature. The Contracting Authority Concludes One Contract For All The Nomenclature Of The Technical Specification For Which The Respective Participant Is Ranked First. The Duration Of The Contracts That Will Be Concluded Based On The Present Limited Procedure Is 24 Months. The Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 3% /Three Percent/ Of The Total Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat.In The Present Limited Procedure, The Contracting Authority Applies The Order Under Art. 33A Of Ppzop, And The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Opened Simultaneously.
