Subject Of The Order: Selection Of An Operator For The Production, Delivery And Periodic Electronic Loading Of Vouchers For Food On A Physical Electronic Medium For The Employees Of Mbal Rahila Angelova Jsc, Pernik, Entitled To Free Food And/Or Supplements To It According To Art. 285 Of The Labor Code And Ordinance No. 11 Of 21.12.2005, As Well As In Compliance With Art. 209A Of The Zkpo And Ordinance No. 7 Of 09.07.2003 Regarding The Issuance, Provision And Charging Of Food Vouchers On Electronic Media.The Entitled Persons, The Specific Amount Of Free Food And/Or Supplements To It And The Periods For Which It Is Provided Are Determined By The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Ordinance No. 11.Food Vouchers Are Provided Only For The Days During Which The Relevant Worker Or Employee Actually Works Under The Conditions Giving The Right To Free Food And/Or Supplements To It According To Ordinance No. 11.​​​​​​​ 2. Method Of Awarding: The Public Contract Is Awarded By Collecting Bids With An Announcement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 In Connection With Art. 186 Et Seq. Of The Civil Code.​​​​​​​
