The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Along With Unloading Of Road Salt (In Bulk).2) The Maximum Estimated Quantity Of Road Salt Delivery Is 1,300 Tons.3) The Delivered Salt Must Meet The Following Features And Parameters:A.Loose Packaging, B. Crystalline, Free-Flowing Form, C. Nacl Content Min. 95%, D. Anti-Caking Agent Content From 20 To 40 Mg/Kg, E. H2o Content Max. 3%, F. Content Of Parts Insoluble In Water Up To 8%, G. Granulation In Accordance With Pn-En 16811-1: 2016-10 Granulation Requirements For Road Salt Medium Road Salt Class M Or Equivalent: - Grain Content <0.125Mm: Maximum 7% - Grain Content <0.8 Mm: 5% - 35% - Grain Content <1.6 Mm: 10% - 60% - Grain Content <3.15 Mm: 45% - 90% - Grain Content < 6.3 Mm: 100% (Tolerance Of 2% Grains In The Range From 6.3 Mm To 8)H.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Evaporated Salt (Base Salt) Or A Mixture Of Evaporated And Rock Salt. Along With The Delivery, The Ordering Party Will Require The Presentation Of An Appropriate Certificate Or Statement Which Clearly Shows That The Salt Offered Is Without The Addition Of Evaporated (Basic) Salt And Meets All The Parameters Indicated In The Swz. I. Road Salt Should Meet Basic Hygienic Conditions, I.E. Have A Hygienic Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene Or An Equivalent Document Issued By Entities Based In Another Member State Of The European Economic Area, Stating That Road Salt Meets Hygienic Requirements. J. Road Salt Should Have A Positive Technical Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute Allowing The Salt To Be Used For Winter Road Maintenance In The Country Or Another Equivalent Document, Issued By Appropriate Units In The European Union, Confirming The Possibility Of Using Salt For Winter Road Maintenance. K. Road Salt Should Be Tested For Its Chemical Composition And Grain Composition. L. Road Salt Should Meet The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares.4) The Salt Cannot Be In A Lumpy State At The Time Of Delivery.5) The Delivered Salt Should Be Free From Contaminants Of Mineral Origin, Such As Small Mineral Pebbles, As Well As Plastic Contaminants, Such As Fragments Of Foil Or Plastic Packaging, And Free From Contaminants Post-Transport. 6) Deliveries Will Be Ordered By The Ordering Party Successively, Depending On The Actual Current Needs, Which Will Result From The Prevailing Weather Conditions. The Volume Of A Single Delivery Will Not Be Less Than 27 Tons And Will Not Exceed 100 Tons.7) Specified In Section 1 Point 2 The Amount Of Salt (1,300 Tons) Is An Estimated Amount. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Resigning From Purchasing Some Of The Salt, As Its Amount Will Depend On Weather Conditions And The Related Condition Of The Roads.
