The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Wieliczna Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Question On A Section With A Length Of 300.00 Meters (Km 0+000.00 - 0+300.00).2.Scope Of The Above Investment Provides For The Performance Of Works To The Extent Provided For In The Design Documentation And Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works; 2) Construction Of Road And Street Elements; 3) Surface Works; 4) Finishing Works; 5) Performance Of The Necessary Elements Of Permanent Traffic Organization; 6) Performance Of Other Works Described In The Design Documentation.3.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: A Construction Design, A Permanent Traffic Organization Design, As Well As A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Amount Of Remuneration In Connection With The Adoption Of A Lump-Sum Remuneration).
