The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Equipment Of A Playground For Kindergarten Classes At The Public Primary School In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny - Plots No. 539/4, 538/1, 537/1, 540/3, 536/1, Łopiennik Nadrzeczny Precinct. The Subject Of The Order Includes Earthworks In The Form Of Leveling The Area, Construction Of A Surface Ensuring The Safety Of Users, Renovation And Construction Of The Sidewalk, Planting Greenery, Construction Of A Fence, Repair Of Rainwater Drainage. The Investment Involves The Creation Of A Playground Through The Delivery And Installation Of New Play Equipment (Small Architecture Objects): Swings And Carousels, Climbing Equipment, Rockers, Etc., Benches, Waste Bins And Information Boards.4.3. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb.
