Building Of The Social Welfare Home At Ul. Mickiewicza 2 Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Former Katowice Voivodeship Under Number A/12/60 By Decision Of February 23, 1960. The Building Is Permanently Inhabited By Approximately 30 Residents.2. Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is: Revitalization Of The Historic Building Of The Social Welfare Home At Ul. Mickiewicza 2 In Będzin - Waterproofing Of External And Internal Walls, Terrace And External Stairs Along With Partial Replacement Of The Ceiling Over The Basement And Reconstruction Of The Terrace. 2.1 Subject Of The Order The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Execution Of Works, Including: • Demolition Of Underground Sections Of The Rainwater Installation; • Excavations And Exposure Of Basement And Foundation Walls And Construction Of New Moisture And Thermal Insulation; • Demolition Of The Top Layers Of The External Stairs And The Landing On The North Side; • Demolition Of The Top Layer Of External Stairs And Terrace On The South Side; • Demolition Of The External Stairs And Terrace Along With The Ceiling Slab Above The Basement On The West Side; • Replacement Of Underground Sections Of The Storm Sewage System From The Place Of Inspection Of Downpipes Above Ground Level To Sewage Manholes; • Implementation Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation Of Basement And Foundation Walls; • Renovation And Waterproofing Of External Stairs And Landing On The North Side; • Renovation And Waterproofing Of External Stairs And Terrace On The South Side; • Construction Of A New Ceiling Structure Over The Basement And Terrace Layers, Together With The Reconstruction Of External Stairs And Installation Of A Lift For People With Disabilities.
