The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Technical Part Of The Building Into Office Rooms According To The Design Documentation, The Scope Of Works (Constituting Annex No. 1.1 (List Of Prices (Table Of Integrated Elements)) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Provided By The Ordering Party Together With The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In: Swz, Annexes To The Swz, Explanations And Changes To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. In The Event Of Discrepancies, Priority Shall Be Given To: Clarifications And Changes To The Swz, Swz, Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Other Technical Annexes. 2.
