The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of Residential Premises3.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Residential Premises In The Kielce Commune In The Scope Of General Construction Works And Internal Sanitary And Electrical Installations Together With Cleaning Works, The Scope Of Which Includes: Plastering, Carpentry, Flooring, Tiling, Painting, Glass, Sanitary Installation Works, I.E. Water And Sewage Works, Installation Works. Gas, Central Heating, Ventilation And Electrical Systems, Together With The Necessary Replacement Of Equipment And Security Measures In The Residential Premises, As Well As Works Related To The Removal Of Debris And Other Materials From The Dismantling Process As Well As Rubbish And Waste From The Construction Site, Together With Their Removal (Transfer Of This Material For Disposal) And Cleaning Of The Construction Site, As Well As The Cost Of Preparing An Energy Certificate For Each Residential Premises In Accordance With The Act Of August 29, 2014 On The Energy Characteristics Of Buildings (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 101, As Amended) And The Act Of October 7, 2022 Amending The Act On The Energy Performance Of Buildings And The Construction Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2206, As Amended), The Order Will Be Implemented In Buildings Inhabited And Used By Apartment Tenants. The Contractor Must Organize The Work In Such A Way As To Enable The Proper Functioning Of The Building During The Modernization Works And After Their Completion. All Related Costs Are Borne By The Contractor And Must Be Included In The Remuneration Resulting From The Offer.
