The Subject Of The Contract Is A Public Contract Consisting In The Renovation Of The Existing Roof Covering Using Thermally Weldable Felt, Together With Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Work Documentation. The Roof Area Is 120.5 M². The Building Has Three Floors Above Ground And The Roof Has A Reinforced Concrete Structure.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annexes No. 1, No. 1A, No. 1B To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: − Annex No. 1 To The Swz − Documentation Of Works In The Scope Of Modernization Of The Roof Covering Of The Building Of The District Office In Lublin, Construction Works Program; - Annex No. 1A To The Swz − General Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Detailed Technical Specification In Regarding The Modernization Of The Roof Covering Of The District Office In Lublin, Ul. Spokojna 7A, 20-074 Lublin” − Appendix No. 1B To Swz − Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor Should Base The Offer Price On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Under An Employment Contract, Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Execution, Of All Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of Construction Works, In Particular Roofing, Sheet Metal, Insulation Works And Works Related To The Lightning Protection Installation.
