The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For A Road Investment Involving The Expansion Of Ul. Szkolna On The Section From Ul. Wilcza To Ul. Wierzbowa In Tychy, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Design, Formal Legal And Administrative Works Necessary To Obtain The Zrid Decision And Prepare The Investment For The Implementation Of Construction Works. Material Scope Of The Order: 1). Preparatory Studies As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Obtain The Following Preparatory Studies: • A Current Map For Design Purposes • Geotechnical Documentation • An Analysis Of The Collision Of The Planned Investment With The Existing And Planned Technical Infrastructure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Inspection Ditches. • Development Of A Conceptual Design, Taking Into Account All Technical, Environmental, Ownership And Social Conditions.2).
