The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Widening The Road And Hardening The Roadside Along The District Road No. 1843R As Part Of The Task Entitled Widening The Road With Hardening Of The Roadside Along The District Road No. 1843R Szebnie - Bierówka - Szebnie At Km 0+015-0+862 And At Km 2+893-3+055 In The Towns Of Szebnie And Bierówka - Stage I.2.The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of A Roadside Drainage Ditch, Including The Construction Of Retaining Walls, 3) Construction Of Sectional Development Of The Ditch, Storm Sewage System And Culverts, 4) Construction Of Structural Layers For The Road Widening And Their Compaction, 5) Construction Of Bituminous Surfaces On The Road Widening, 6) Installation Of Steel Protective Barriers, 7) Execution Horizontal Markings,8) Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 Of The Swz, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Developed Design Documentation Covers The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Entire Investment Project, While The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only Part Of The Works Provided For In This Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Order.
