Tenders Are Invited For Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School In Stojadła (Design And Build Formula) - Delivery And Assembly Stage Of The Energy Storage Facility

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Project Consisting In The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of An Energy Storage Facility With A Nominal Power Of At Least 49 Kw And A Capacity Of At Least 100 Kwh. 2. The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Primary School Located At Ul. Południowa 20 In Stojadła. The Facility Is A Public Utility Building In Constant Use. The Installation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Impede The Proper Functioning Of The Facility. 3. The Order Is A Design And Build Contract And The Scope Also Includes Preparing The Installation Operating Instructions In Polish, Warranty Service And Providing Instructions To Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party Regarding The Principles Of Operation, Use, Maintenance And Safety Regarding The Use Of The Installed Installation. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged, At The Design And Subsequent Implementation Stage, To Use Energy-Saving Technical Solutions, Including: By Using Materials With A Low Carbon Footprint, I.E. Ecological Materials That Do Not Emit Harmful Substances Into The Atmosphere, As Well As Those That Have Recycling Potential, Minimizing The Generation Of Construction Waste. The Design Documentation Should Be Approved By The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of Work.5.In Terms Of Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Decisions And Permits Provided For In The Project And Applicable Regulations In Order To Obtain The Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Use Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Representative Indicated By The Ordering Party.6.Due To The Fact That The School Has A Photovoltaic Installation Both Located On The Roof Of The School Building And Located On The Ground, The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered And Installed Energy Storage System Cooperates With The Photovoltaic Installations Existing On The School Premises. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warehouse Be Designed As A Cabinet/Container Structure With A Factory-Integrated Cooling, Heating And Automatic Extinguishing System. The Installed Warehouse Must Be Equipped With A Battery Management System (Sbms) As Well As Enable Operation In Emergency Mode Using A Dedicated Reserve Power System (Szr). The Parameters Of The Required Devices Are Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu).8.The Contractor Will Provide Servicing Of The Installed Installation During The Entire Warranty And Warranty Period, With The Ordering Party Requiring A 10-Year Manufacturers Warranty For The Battery System (Ac Charger And Control Unit) And A 5-Year Manufacturers Warranty For The Remaining Mounted/Installed Elements/Materials.
