1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Tomb (Monument) Of The Polish Army Soldiers Who Died In World War Ii At The Nowofarny Cemetery At Ul. Gnieźnieńska In Wągrowiec - Stage I - On Parts Of Plots No. 3390 And 3391 (Grób J/8/1). 2. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation. The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Project Will Allow For The Renovation Of The Horizontal Part Of The Monument And Worthy Commemoration Of The Soldiers Of The Polish Army Who Fell And Died In World War Ii - People Of Merit For The City Of Wągrowiec, In Accordance With The Agreement Concluded Between The Voivode Of Wielkopolska And The Mayor Of The City Of Wągrowiec On Entrusting The Obligation To Maintain War Graves And Cemeteries Of February 11, 2026, Annexed On August 10, 2026. The Grave In Question Is Located At The Nowofarny Cemetery At Ul. Gnieźnieńska In Wągrowiec On Parts Of Plots No. 3391 And 3390 (Grób J/8/1). The Second Stage Of Work Will Be Carried Out Later After The Presentation Of A Joint Position By The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Poznań And The Institute Of National Remembrance In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition/Disassembly And Preparatory Works, 2) Construction Of The Foundation Under The Vertical Part (Inscription Slab) Of The Monument; 3) Renovation Works On Individual Elements Of The Monument (Except For The Part Vertical Part Consisting Of Main Slabs With Inscriptions - These Elements Will Be Made As Part Of The Second Stage);4) Construction Of The Foundation For The Reconstruction Of The Horizontal Part And For The Construction Of New Elements As Part Of The Reconstruction; 5) Construction, Including Reconstruction And Execution Of A New Part Of The Elements Of The Monument (Apart From The Vertical Part Consisting Of Main Slabs With Inscriptions - These Elements Will Be Made As Part Of The Second Stage);6) Execution Of Earthworks In The Surroundings Of The Monument. The Detailed Scope Includes, Among Others: Disassembly Of Vertical And Horizontal Elements, Decorative Elements, Preparation Of Substrates And Foundations, Construction Of New Elements, Cleaning And Impregnation Of Existing Ones (Except For The Vertical Slabs Of The Monument) And Reassembly (Except For The Vertical Part Consisting Of Main Slabs With Inscriptions - These Elements Will Be Made As Part Of The Second Stage)/Reconstruction Of The Surface And Development Of The Area Around The Monument.
