The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Based On Technical Documentation, Consisting Of A Comprehensive Conservation Renovation Of The Northern Facade, Replacement Of The Lining Along The Walls Of The Northern And Eastern Facades, Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of The Northern And Eastern Facades Of The Building Of Primary School No. 37 On The Estate. Stalowy 18 In Kraków. During The Implementation, Accompanying Works Should Be Performed, Including Renovation Of Lighting Shafts, Renovation Of Architraves, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Other Works Aimed At Comprehensive Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Works. The Area Of Work Covered By The Order Is Presented In Sketch No. 1 And No. 2 /Appendix No. 4 To The Swz/. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Should Also Take Into Account: 1) Fencing The Construction Site With A Stable And Complete Fence; 2) Ornithological Supervision; 3) When Replacing Sheet Metal Flashings, Take Into Account The Arrangement Of Roofing Felt Strips To Ensure The Tightness Of The Roof Covering; 4) Making The Necessary Markings And Securing The Area In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations (Including, Among Others, Temporary Fencing And Designating Dangerous Zones);5) Ensuring Constant And Safe Access For Students And Employees During The Schools Statutory Activities. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Operating Educational Unit;6) Protection Of Property And Built-In Elements That Are Not Subject To Renovation;7) After Replacing The Lightning Protection System, The Correctness Of Execution Should Be Confirmed By Measurements; In Case Of Results Exceeding The Standards, Additional Point Earthing Should Be Performed; 8) Implementation Of All Site Security Measures (Including Land Development And Neighboring Areas) Resulting From The Works Carried Out.
