Tenders Are Invited For Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Street Surfaces And Maintenance Of Dirt Roads In The City Of Brodnica

Part No. I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Street Surfaces In The City Of Brodnica, To The Extent And In Places Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party, During The Term Of The Contract. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Maintain The Street Surfaces In Good Technical Condition, In Particular By Removing Defects, Potholes, Cracks And Other Local Damage To Bituminous Surfaces And Restoring The Repaired Road Sections To The Correct Usable Condition. The Works Will Be Performed Successively, Depending On The Occurrence Of Surface Damage And The Current Needs Of The Employer. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify The Place, Type, Scope And Date Of Execution Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Provisions, Relevant Standards, Technical Specifications And The Requirements Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Types Of Works:1.Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces With Cutting Off The Edges Of The Damaged Area;2.Partial Renovations With Asphalt Mass 4 Cm Thick, Without Cutting The Edges And Without Covering The Working Joint;3.Surface Consolidation Of The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit Up To 1.5 Cm Thick;4.Partial Renovation Of The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit Up To 4 Cm Thick, Performed Using A Renovator;5.Partial Renovations Of The Surface Using A Cold Mineral-Bituminous Mixture With A Thickness Of Up To 4 Cm. In The Case Of Works For Which Allowances For Increasing The Layer Thickness Are Provided For In The Bid Form, Settlement Will Be Based On The Unit Price For The Basic Thickness And The Appropriate Allowance For Each Additional 1 Cm Of Thickness.
