The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Area In Front Of The Residential Building No. 12 At Ul. Szczecińska In Człuchów In The Field Of Hardening The Area (Replacing The Surface). The Task Includes Replacing The Surface Of The Square And Sidewalk On The Plot No. 3131 Rev. 64 In Człuchów At Ul. Szczecińska. For This Purpose, First Of All, The Bituminous Surface And The Crushed Stone Base Will Be Demolished. Then The Ground Will Be Leveled And Compacted, And Then A New Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes Will Be Laid. The Surface Of The Square Should Be Made Of Gray Concrete Cubes, The Pavement Surface Should Be Made Of Red Concrete Cubes (Graphite Cubes Should Be Used Just Before The Entrances To The Staircases). The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Contract) Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
