The Scope Of Works Covered By This Project Includes The Following Works: 1) Demolition Works: - Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including The Demolition Of Reinforced Concrete Elements, Walls, Chimneys, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes, Joinery And Ventilation Elements; - Removal And Management Of Rubble And Waste From Demolition Works; - Bricklaying And Plastering Works, Including Completing And Rebuilding Walls, Bricking Up Openings, Building Chimneys And Chimney Caps, And Repairing Plasters; Installation Of Construction Joinery, Including Windows, External Doors, Gates And External Window Sills; Implementation Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation Of Foundation Walls Together With Earthworks, Backfilling And Compaction Of Excavations; Insulation Of External Walls, Preparation Of The Substrate, Installation Of Strips And Corners, And Execution Of Layers Reinforced And Plaster Coatings; Renovation And New Roof Covering, Including Insulation, Installation Of Pir Boards, Roofing Felt, Processing And Construction Elements And Roof Edges; Installation Of New Gutters And Downpipes; Cleaning, Preparation And Painting Of Steel Structure Elements; Execution Of A Lightning Protection System Along With Grounding, Measurements And Tests; Execution Of Electrical Power Supply, Including Earthworks, Laying Cables, Backfilling Of Trenches And Testing Of Cable Lines; Surveying Services For Works.
