3.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes Energy Modernization Of The Building Of The Community Center In Dęblin At Ul. 1 Maja 160 As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In Dęblin - Stage Iii. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Building Of The Community Center In Dęblin At Ul. 1-Go Maja 160, With A Total Building Area Of 211.21 M2, Including In Particular: 1) Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Basement Walls. 2) Renovation Of The Band Around The Building. 3) Insulation Of Foundation Walls 4) Insulation Of External Walls. 5) Insulation Of The Flat Roof And Chimneys (Including Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Ventilation Unit). 6) Renovation Of Chimneys. 7) Rebuilding Of Parts Attic Walls.8) Replacement Of Window Joinery.9) Replacement Of External Window Sills, Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters.10) Color Scheme Of The Buildings Facade.11) Installation Of The Central Heating Installation. According To Annex No. 8 Design Documentation Central Heating Replacement Drawings, Central Heating Installations – Basic Scope And Central Heating Installations – Scope Changes. 12) Installation Of An Electric Instantaneous Water Heater.13) Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels With A Capacity Of 10.50 Kwp.14) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System.15) Reconstruction And Accompanying Works. The Scope Of Works Does Not Include: Replacement Of External Door Joinery, Renovation Of External Stairs, Replacement Of The Balustrade At The Entrance Stairs, Replacement Of The Roof Covering Over The Vestibule, Replacement Of Light Sources With Energy-Saving Ones, Installation In Boiler Room.3.4.The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price - Annex No. 10 To Swz.3.5.The Works Performed Should Be Coordinated With The Parallel Construction Works Carried Out In This Building, Consisting In Its Reconstruction As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Modernization And Equipment Of Infrastructure Necessary For Social Integration And Activation Of People At Risk Of Social Exclusion In Dęblin. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate And Agree On The Work Schedule With The Participants Of The Construction Process On An Ongoing Basis In Order To Ensure The Correct, Timely And Collision-Free Implementation Of All Works.
