The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Completeness Of Supplies, Their Proper Quality, Technical Parameters Required In The Documentation And To Provide The Ordering Party With Appropriate Certificates, Approvals, Operating Instructions And Documents Confirming Approval For Use.
