The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Dismantling Of The Existing Lift And Installation Accessories, Together With Transport To The Disposal Site And Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 2. Delivery And Installation In An Existing Reinforced Concrete Shaft Of A Complete, New Passenger Lift With The Necessary Installation Accessories, In Accordance With The Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract;3. Adaptation Of Existing Installations In The Elevator Shaft To The New Elevator;4. Commissioning Of The Crane Along With Training Of The Hospitals Technical Staff;5. Submitting A Complete Application To The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt) In Order To Obtain A Permit To Operate The Installed Crane;6.Obtaining A Permit To Operate The Installed Crane.
