Construction Works Related To The Farm Building Of The Wierzchlas Forest District Concern, Among Others: Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Gutters (Removal Of Asbestos Slabs), Maintenance Of The Wooden Entrance Doors In The Northern Facade, Replacement Of The Entrance Doors In The Front (Southern) Facade, Maintenance Of Wooden Elements On The Walls Of The Building. Construction Works Related To The Brick Basement Of The Nosalewice Forest District Concern Including: Replacing The Roof Covering (Removal Of Asbestos Boards), Plastering Cracks In External Walls, Replacing The Window, Replacing The Wooden Upholstery At The Entrance To The Basement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Scope Of Work For Part I Of The Order Is Included In The Documents Attached To The Swz, I.E.: Design Documentation With Annexes, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Stwiorb) And Bills Of Quantities Works. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Swz, Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Principles Of Current Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards In This Area. Due To The Fact That Both Roofs Are Covered With Asbestos-Cement Boards, The Demolition Of Elements Containing Asbestos Should Be Carried Out By A Specialist Company In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of April 2, 2004 (Journal Of Laws No. 71, Item 649) On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use And Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos, As Well As The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 14, 2005 (Journal Of Laws No. 216, Item 1824) On The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety In Securing And Removing Products Containing Asbestos, As Well As The Training Program For The Safe Use Of Such Products. The Person Dismantling The Roofing From Both Facilities In Part I Of The Order Should Have A Permit In In The Field Of Waste Management Containing Asbestos And Report The Intention To Carry Out Work Involving The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos: To The District Construction Supervision Inspector, The District Labor Inspector And The State District Sanitary Inspector - At Least 7 Days Before The Commencement Of These Works.
