Tenders Are Invited For Providing Urban Planning Services For The Bojadła Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Studies Of: A) Decisions On Development Conditions, B) Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, C) Amending Decisions In The Event Of The Need To Change The Decision On Development Conditions Or The Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, D) Urban Planning Analyzes For Appropriate Applications In The Bojadła Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of An Estimated 90 Drafts Of Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development/Public Purpose/Changes In Decisions. The Final Number Draft Decisions Will Depend On The Number Of Applications Received By December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use This Quantity, And The Contractor Undertakes Not To Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Minimum Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Order Is 70 Decisions. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit Or To Check The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Available On-Site At The Ordering Partys, However, It Recommends Familiarizing Itself With The Area Covered By The Subject Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Decisions On Development Conditions In Accordance With The Code Of Administrative Procedure And The Current Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development 2) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments In Accordance With The Code Of Administrative Procedure And The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development 3) Execution Of Amending Decisions In The Event Of The Need To Change The Decision On Development Conditions Or The Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, Prior To The Issuance Of Which Draft Decisions Were Developed By Another Contractor In Accordance With The Code Of Administrative Procedure And The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development 4) Carrying Out Urban Planning Analyzes In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development 5) Formal, Legal And Substantive Assessment Of The Content Of The Application And Its Individual Components 6) According To The Need To Conduct A Site Visit And Consultations In Individual Proceedings.7) Graphic Development Of An Annex Or Annexes To The Decision,8) Editorial Development Of The Entire Draft Decision, I.E.
