1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Car Parts And Consumables For The Needs Of The Provincial Ambulance Station In Rzeszów: Part 1: A) Car Parts Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Be New Car Parts. The Parties Recognize The Following As New Car Parts: - Original Car Parts (Parts Used For Initial Assembly) - Spare Parts Of The Same Quality As Components Used For The Assembly Of A Motor Vehicle, Manufactured In Accordance With The Specifications And Production Standards Established By The Manufacturer Of These Vehicles For The Production Of Components Or Spare Parts Of A Given Motor Vehicle, Including Spare Parts Produced On The Same Production Line As The Components Of A Given Motor Vehicle; It Is Assumed That Spare Parts Are Original If The Manufacturer Of These Parts Certifies That They Were Manufactured In Accordance With The Specifications And Production Standards Set By The Manufacturer Of The Given Vehicles And That They Are Of The Same Quality As The Parts Used For The Assembly Of These Vehicles; - Spare Parts Of Comparable Quality - Spare Parts Whose Manufacturer Certifies That They Are Of The Same Quality As The Components That Are Or Were Used For The Assembly Of Given Motor Vehicles; In The Event Of Termination Of The Production Of Original Parts By The Vehicle Manufacturer, As Well As The Lack Of Market Of Equivalent Parts (Substitutes), It Is Allowed, On An Exceptional Basis, To Deliver Refurbished Parts On A Separate Order. B) The Contractor Guarantees That The Spare Parts He Offers For The Cars That Are The Subject Of The Order Meet The Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards; C) The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee Of At Least 12 Months For The Offered Spare Parts, The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Offered Spare Parts, With The Proviso That They Will Be Installed In The Transport Department Of The Provincial Ambulance Station In Rzeszów (Wspr) Ul. Wyzwolenia 4 Rzeszów, Using The Technique And Technology Available At Wspr In Rzeszów; D) Spare Parts Listed In Annex No. 3 To Swz, Due To The Specificity Of Vehicle Operation, I.E. Saving Peoples Lives, Must Be Of Very Good Quality And Durability.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Following Annexes: 2.1.
