The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Dosing Systems, Hereinafter Referred To As Dosing Systems, And The Successive Delivery Of Chemical Products For Cleaning And Dishwashers, Hereinafter Referred To As Chemical Products, For The Needs Of The Municipal Center For Social Services In Wrocław. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Cpv Codes: 39830000-9 - Cleaning Agents, 39330000-4 - Devices Disinfectants, 42993200-5 - Dosing Installations, 51120000-9 - Mechanical Equipment Installation Services. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Under His Own Efforts To The Central Economic Warehouse (Cmg) Located In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław. 4. Required Warranty Period For The Delivered Item Order, Was Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Is Included In The Price Calculation, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Agreement.6. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Launch The Dosing Systems (Item No. 38 Of The Price Calculation) In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, At His Own Expense. Risk.7. Upon Signing The Fault-Free Assembly And Commissioning Protocol, The Dosing Systems Become The Property Of The Ordering Party, Without The Contractors Right To Request Additional Remuneration For This Purpose. The Cost Of The Dosing Systems And Their Installation Must Be Included In The Unit Price Of Item No. 38 Of The Price Calculation. After The Expiration, Termination Or Completion Of The Contract, The Dosing Systems Are Not Subject To Return And Remain The Sole Property Of The Ordering Party.9 (Including Rfid Readers, Chips) Or Mechanical, Making It Impossible To Recalibrate Them To The Density And Viscosity Parameters Of Other Market Fluids, And The Suction Connections Must Be A Removable Element.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Installation Of The Dispensing Systems With All Access Codes, Administrator Codes, Calibration Tables And Service Instructions.11 Changes In The Dosed Chemicals, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Devices To The Open System Free Of Charge No Later Than The Date Of Completion Of The Contract.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Pzp - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 14.
