The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of Technical Assistance And Manufacturers Support For The Existing Manageengine Endpoint Central Software In The Perpetual License Model, Along With The Simultaneous Purchase And Implementation Of A Functional Extension In The Form Of An Add-On Called Endpoint Security Add-On. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To Swz2.As Part Of The Procedure, The Contractor Will Provide A Functional Extension As An Official Add-On To The Basic License Held By The Ordering Party For A Period Of 12 Months For The Full Pool Of 180 Devices (160 Stations And 20 Servers).3.All Activities Of The Contractor Must Ensure Continuity Of Protection Of It Systems Without Interruptions In The Provision Of Services.4.The Order Includes All Costs Related To Its Implementation, Including Delivery And Activation. 5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In This Specification And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Report The Delivery To The Ordering Party 3 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery Date.
