1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Hard Coal - Coal, Together With Transport And Unloading, Intended For Use In Solid Fuel Boilers, Hereinafter Referred To As Pea Coal (Colloquially, Eco-Pea Coal) To Community Centers And Fire Stations In The Rypin Commune, With Parameters Not Worse Than: - Calorific Value: Min. 24 Mj/Kg, Ash Content: Max. 10%, Sulfur Content: Max. 1.0%, Humidity: Max. 10%, Sintering Capacity Ri Max. 60 Granulation: From 5 To 40 Mm.2) The Expected Amount Of Pea Coal In The 2026/2027 Heating Season Is - 25.0 Tons.3) The Delivery Of Pea Coal Will Take Place Once To: Warehouse And Workshop Base In Głowińsk, Commune. Rypin, Including Unloading. The Ordering Party Requests The Delivery Of Pea Coal In Bags Of 15-25 Kg With Unloading. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With Each Delivery Of Pea Coal (Eco-Pea Coal), A Fuel Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Entity, Confirming The Quality Parameters Of The Delivered Fuel. The Quality Certificate Must Include At Least: Calorific Value, Ash Content, Total Sulfur Content, Total Moisture, Sintering Ability Ri And Information On Fuel Granulation (Grain Size). The Parameters Indicated In The Quality Certificate Must Comply With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Shall Provide The Quality Certificate To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery.5) If The Parameters Of The Delivered Fuel Are Found To Be Inconsistent With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivery Or Demand Replacement Of The Fuel With Fuel That Meets The Requirements, At The Contractors Expense.6) The Given Amount Of Pea Coal - 25.0 Tons - Is An Estimated Quantity. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Quantity Of Pellets Ordered By A Maximum Of 10%, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.
