1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Assembly And Installation Of A Municipal Warning And Alarm System As Part Of A Subsidy From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Chapter Ii And Constitutes An Annex To The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 2) Description Subject Of The Order (Opz);3) Swz.3. Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In The Act Are Indicated In The Swz And The Annexes Attached To It, The Ordering Party Informs That In Such A Situation They Will Provide The Same Technical Parameters The Provisions Are Only Exemplary And Constitute An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. Pursuant To Article 99, Section 5 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers, Which Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features, As Well As Quality Parameters (Including Dimensions, Material Used, Color, Shade, Intended Use Of Materials And Devices, Etc.) The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party Have Been Met. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Specify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is Only Exemplary. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier), A Specific Product Or Materials In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows For Equivalent Products At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.
