The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Meals For Patients Of The Care And Treatment Center In Knurów Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Dworcowa 3, 44-190 Knurów, Consisting In Comprehensive Preparation Of 4 Daily Meals For Patients, Taking Into Account Diets, And Delivering Meals To The Ordering Partys Collection Point, Located In The Building Of The Care And Treatment Facility In Knurów, At Ul. Dworcowa 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1A Characteristics Of Diets, Annex No. 1B Sample Decade Menu Of Meals. All-Day Meals Will Include: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner. The Ordering Party Informs That Meals In The Ward Are Served Directly To The Patient By The Ordering Partys Staff. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Fully Use The Number Of Ordered Services, And The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims For This. During The Execution Of This Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Demand For Individual Items Up To The Limits Of The Contracted Amount. The Contractor Will Provide Compatible Catering Containers (Gn) And Tight Thermoses For Drinks (Coffee, Tea, Compote) For Individual Departments To Complete The Order. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service In Question With Due Diligence, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Activity And, In Particular, Taking Into Account The Nature And Purpose Of The Service Provided, I.E. For The Needs Of Patients Of The Care And Treatment Facility. Meals Must Be Prepared In Strict Compliance With The Recommendations And Standards For Mass Catering Establishments Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector, Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain And Comply With Hygiene Rules In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Hacca, Ghp, Gmp. The Ordering Party Informs That The Facility Has 51 Beds For Patients. The Estimated Number Of Meals During The Order Execution, Used To Compare Offers, Is: 18,615.
