1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O. In Siedliska Over A Period Of 12 Months. 2. The Estimated Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 38,000.00 Liters As Part Of The Basic Order And A Possible Extension Of The Order By: 7,600.00 Liters Under The 20% Option Right - The Scope Of The Invoice, I.E. The Ordering Partys Right To Extend The Basic Order By The Indicated Scope In The Event Of An Increase In The Ordering Partys Demand Within A Period Of 12 Months.3.The Ordering Party May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise The Option Right During The Execution Of This Order. Deliveries Under The Option Right Will Be Made At The Request Of The Ordering Party After The Estimated Quantity Of Fuel Oil In The Basic Order Is Exceeded. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect.4.The Ordering Party Declares That The Ordered And Delivered Heating Oil Will Be Entirely Used For Heating Purposes By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O. 5.Quality Requirements Of The Purchaser Of Fuel Oil In Accordance With The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024: 2011 Or Equivalent: A) Calorific Value Not Lower Than 42.6 Mj/Kg; B) Density At 15°C Not Higher Than 0.60 G/Ml; C) Kinematic Viscosity At 20°C Not Higher Than 6.0 Mm2/S; D) Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.20% (M/M);E) Flash Point Not Lower Than 56°C;F) Pour Point Not Higher Than -20°C;G) Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg;H) Coking Residue From 10% Distilled Residue Not More Than 0.3% (M/M);I) Ash Residue Not Higher Than 0.01% (M/M);J) Total Impurity Content Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg;K) Red Color - Visual Assessment.6.To Confirm That The Above-Mentioned Parameters Are Met For The Supplied Fuel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Certificate Confirming The Required Parameters Of The Oil With Each Delivery.7.Deliveries Of Heating Oil Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.8.Depending On Its Current Needs, The Ordering Party Will Place Individual Orders For The Supply Of Heating Oil To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract. 9. Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Using The Contractors Specialized Transport Vehicle Equipped With A Certified System For Measuring Fuel Oil. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Presentation Of A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of The Tank Trucks Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed On The Delivery Vehicle.10.The Place Of Delivery Of Heating Oil Will Be The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Run By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp.
