1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Ostrów. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Technically Functional, Free From Physical Defects (Design, Materials And Workmanship) Or Legal Defects And Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements For The Vehicle And Its Equipment, Are Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4.During The Warranty Period, All Warranty Repairs And Replacement Of Consumables Will Be Carried Out By An Authorized Service Center At The Contractors Expense.5.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Execution And Delivery To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Receipt In A Permanently Bound Form Of All Documents Related To The Completed Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Documents Confirming The Quality Of Materials And Equipment Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order (Attestations, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Quality Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Laboratory Test Reports, Etc.); 2) Other Documents Collected During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Relating To Its Implementation, Especially Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Resulting From Separate National Regulations And/Or International For Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle, Including Warranty Cards And User Manuals; 3) Documentation Necessary For Vehicle Registration, Including: An Extract From The Approval Certificate, Technical Tests, Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Vehicle, Cnbop-Pib Approval Certificate.
